Dual Blue Light S.A.D Glasses

I bought these glasses for my grandmother as a Christmas present because she complains a lot that she can't sleep. I liked the modern design when I put them on her at first I thought she wouldn't let her wear them but she liked them. They are light and their light helps her relax and she told me that they have worked for her and they don't bother her and they are very functional.

Have struggled with N24 (Non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder) circadian rhythm sleep disorder for years. Using the luminette is the only thing that I've found that has worked to help me keep a regular sleep schedule!!!!!!!

I used computer a lot at my work and have had problem with sleeping lately. Searched online and found this.
