Dual Blue Light S.A.D Glasses

I bought these glasses for my grandmother as a Christmas present because she complains a lot that she can't sleep. I liked the modern design when I put them on her at first I thought she wouldn't let her wear them but she liked them. They are light and their light helps her relax and she told me that they have worked for her and they don't bother her and they are very functional.

This is the best purchase, this release the stress from the eyes. It is like a therapy to the eyes, I feel relaxed and it is the best.

I used computer a lot at my work and have had problem with sleeping lately. Searched online and found this. Tried it for a week by wearing around 30 minutes at night before going to bed while reading or using computer/phone. It does help improve the sleep quality and reduce the feeling of tired eyes.

They are packaged nicely and do not feel cheap. I immediately started to feel better when I began using them. I put them on for at least 15min at the latest by 7AM. Repeat about 3-4 times weekly.The blue light from these is calming for me. It does do something to your brain when your eyes absorb the light, as claimed by believers of light therapy. I paired these with a lamp also and I can say I feel much better. I am not paying too much attention to the depressing weather lately. I now have no problem falling asleep at a decent time either. Unlike before.
